We have the best kept secret in Cambridge – our amazing Pastry Chef Inseok! A chef since 2012 after completing a Cordon Bleu course, Inseok has previously worked at Pennyhill Park Hotel with acclaimed chef Denise Dramé MCA.
Inseok's personal favourite bake is a coffee flavour eclair. Pop in to see what's been freshly baked, you will not be disappointed!
