THE CHEF
We have the best kept secret in Cambridge - our amazing Pastry Chef Inseok! She crafts all of our incredible sweet counter treats. A chef since 2012 after completing a Cordon Bleu course, Inseok has perviously worked at Pennyhill Park Hotel with acclaimed chef Denise Dramé MCA. Her personal favourite bake is a coffee flavour eclair.
